One of our newly appointed representative (AR) business partners, Mortgage Focus, with over 25 years of Financial Services experience and a hugely successful track record, now seeks dynamic, experienced and suitably CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified individuals to offer telephone based mortgage & protection advice to pre-qualified customers. These customers will be re-mortgaging, purchasing their new home or first home or in need of a decision in principle.
The successful candidates will be working from home based in Scotland and the working pattern will be varied, allowing you flexibility. You will be expected to work some evenings and at least one weekend per month to facilitate the needs of the customers you will be servicing. This will be a challenging yet extremely rewarding role for the right advisers with the appetite to succeed!
This highly successful mortgage broker produces thousands of mortgage leads across the UK every month and has a superb infrastructure in place to generate quality appointments. The opportunity to be successful here is really exceptional. Therefore, we’d love to talk to experienced advisers who have what it takes to get the best out of the leads and appointments generated for you. If you crack this, you’ll have the chance to earn £60,000 - 80,000 per annum given the quality and volume of business on offer. In the early months, a retainer will be available to support you financially whilst building your pipeline and this would be discussed in greater detail if you were invited for an interview.
These roles are self-employed and will suit advisers who are not afraid to work hard to succeed and have the motivation and desire to win, with the additional attraction of being home based! The ability to convert the appointments to written and completed business is key. You will need to demonstrate that you can develop strong relationships with both customers and the team providing the leads, whilst being able to advise and recommend the most suitable mortgage and protection products over the phone.
In addition to this, you will have excellent support from head office who will be able to provide full administrative support to process your cases.
